It is expected to enhance Kuwait's international standing in the oil refining industry. Objectives of the project: In addition to the improved transformation capacity, operational excellence, reliability, and safety performance will be greatly enhanced at the Mina Al-Ahmadi and Mina Abdullah refineries. Energy efficiency and environmental protection will also be developed. Its clean products are by the Euro-4 specification. The project will meet NNPC's increasing demands for domestic and international clean fuel, which is in line with tougher environmental requirements.
