(KOC) wins two awards from (Global Business) magazine for the best exploration, production and crisis management company

Today, Monday, the Kuwait Oil Company announced that it has won two awards from (Global Business Outlook - 2021) magazine in the categories of Best Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company and Best Crisis Response Management (Covid 19 Response and Awareness Initiatives). KOC said in a press statement that this win reflects its international position in the field of social responsibility and its focus on remaining as a reliable source of energy in the world. (Kuwait Oil) explained that this win is an acknowledgment by (Global Business) of the company's recent efforts to complete a number of major exploration and production projects, most notably (heavy oil), which is the largest in the Middle East, as it succeeded last year in exporting heavy oil for the first time in History of Kuwait. And it confirmed that during the fiscal year (2020-2021), it overcame many challenges to maintain its production numbers in order to remain a reliable source. She stated that (Global) magazine praised the pioneering role played by the company by providing its medical and logistical expertise to establish many medical and health facilities in the context of the country's efforts to confront the (Corona) virus since its inception. The Global Business Awards aim to highlight the distinguished institutions in the world of economy and business that play an important role in promoting various sectors, in addition to honoring the institutions that have been able to achieve outstanding results whose performance has emerged at the level of global markets.
