The strategy working group from the Ministry of Oil and the Arab Planning Institute holds a meeting to coordinate efforts

The Ministry of Oil receives the remarks of the Arab Planning Institute on its five-year strategy - The Ministry is keen to implement the best practices of comprehensive planning in developing the new strategy The Ministry of Oil announced that the strategy working group in the ministry held a meeting this morning, Wednesday, December 21, 2022, with the Arab Planning Institute, in order to review the new strategy of the Ministry of Oil that extends for the next five years, according to best practices in strategic planning with the aim of providing a comprehensive and integrated road map to achieve its vision. Derived from the vision of a new Kuwait for the year 2035. The Ministry of Oil said in a press statement that it had received the observations on the strategy of the Ministry of Oil by the strategy work team at the Arab Planning Institute, in preparation for studying it and adding any observations that are appropriate and in line with the work programs within the ministry. The Ministry of Oil said that it has today a number of strategic goals aimed at preserving and enhancing the oil wealth resources in the State of Kuwait and achieving the best development and exploitation of resources to ensure the development of state revenues and increase its income. The Ministry of Oil stated that the work team for preparing the ministry’s strategy for the next five years consists of Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Affairs in the ministry, M. Khaled Walid Al-Din, Director of Public Relations and Information Department Sheikha Tamader Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Counselor Qusay Musa Hamad Al-Darwish, and each of Arwa Badr Al-Bishr and Hessa. Badr Al-Rashed, Doaa Fahd Al-Kandari, Dalal Abdulaziz Al-Ghanim, Sarah Nasser Al-Mazyed, Latifa Daoud Al-Asfour, Maryam Muhammad Al-Arada, Mona Maatouq Al-Fulaij, and Hadeel Darwish Al-Aradi. The work team of the Arab Planning Institute is made up of the institute’s deputy, Dr. Walid Abd Mawlah, senior advisor, Dr. Belkacem Al-Abbas, member of the technical staff, Dr. Muhammad Amin Lazaar, member of the technical staff, Dr. Nawaf Abu Shammala, member of the technical staff, Dr. Jassem Al-Jazzaa, and the advisor at the institute, Dr. Moez Al-Obaidi.
