The Ministry of Oil participates in the Kuwait International Book Fair

The Ministry of Oil announced its participation in the Kuwait International Book Fair in its forty-fifth session, which is being held under the patronage of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and it will be inaugurated by the Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi, and the Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters, Dr. Issa Al-Ansari. At the International Fairgrounds in Mishref during the period from 16 to 26 November 2022. The Ministry of Oil said in a press statement that its participation in the book fair comes within its societal role to promote reading and culture in the State of Kuwait, as the ministry, through its pavilion for the exhibition, will display many books and paper and electronic publications that monitor the development of the oil industry in the country. She stated that the Oil Ministry's team from the Public Relations and Media Department is scheduled to participate in working sessions and lectures to highlight the role and importance of the oil sector in Kuwait, and that the Ministry's Petroleum Culture Committee will participate in oil awareness lectures on the importance of the petroleum industry for visiting school students. It is worth noting that the Kuwait Book Fair is one of the most prominent and important cultural events, and it comes in its current session after stopping for two sessions due to the Corona pandemic, and the exhibition includes extensive and intense participation from exhibitors.
