Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Dr. Bader Al-Mulla visits the State of Kuwait exhibition at the Climate Conference (COP27)

The Ministry of Oil said in a press statement that Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Dr. Bader Al-Mulla, along with Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, visited the State of Kuwait exhibition, which is being held within the activities of the World Leaders Summit for the 27th session of the Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27). And the summit of the Green Middle East Initiative, which was headed by the representative of the State of Kuwait, the representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Misheal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may Allah preserve and protect them, which was held in Sharm El-Sheikh in the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Dr. Bader Al-Mulla said that Kuwait's participation in the conference comes within the framework of its keenness to contribute to the international efforts exerted to confront the effects of the climate change phenomenon.
He praised the tireless efforts made by the organizers of the exhibition and participants in the activities of the conference and a review of the efforts and major oil projects implemented by Kuwait to reduce emissions, which reflected an honorable image of the State of Kuwait in international forums.
Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, will host the United Nations Climate Conference "COP27", which started last Sunday and will continue until November 18, with the participation of leaders, and delegations from 197 countries.
