The Deputy Minister of Oil participates in the meeting of the Executive Office (OAPEC)

Deputy Minister of Oil Sheikh Dr. Nimr Fahad Al Malek Al Sabah will participate in the 157th meeting of the Executive office of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) on October 24-25 through teleconference. A statement issued by the Ministry of Oil said that the Deputy Minister Sheikh Dr.Nimr Fahad Al Malek Al Sabah, representative of Kuwait in the Executive office of the organization (OAPEC) will also participate in the meeting. In addition to the participation of the members of the executive office of the organization which was headed by the representative of the Algerian Republic in the executive office of the organization. Dr.Mouloud which is the presidency of the current session in 2020. The Ministry of Oil said that the items on the meeting agenda were estimated to the program budget of the organization (the General Secretariat and the Judiciary) for 2021. The meeting will also go over the proposals which are related to activating and developing the activity of the organization and the topic of the OAPEC scientific award for 2020. The organized and participated events by the General Secretariat of the organization the economic and technical studies have been completed, the annual report and other topics. Al-Naft said that Kuwait is one of the founding countries of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC), in addition to hosting the organization's headquarters by supporting Joint Arab Cooperation in various fields, including the energy and oil fields.
