The Public Relations and Media Department at the Ministry of Oil launches the Petroleum Cultural Education Campaign

The campaign targets students, parents, and teachers and provides them to use the Internet safely during online teaching. The Ministry of Oil has announced that the Public Relations and Media Department in the Ministry has recently launched a new and first (Cultural Education Petroleum) campaign targeting students at various levels, parents and teachers, and providing them with the most important instructions and directions on the safe use of the Internet during distance study to prevent them from falling into danger. The Ministry said in a press statement that the new campaign was launched by the Ministry of Oil which marked the start of the new school year, in which the teaching will be online due to the negative repercussions of (COVID-19). Also, the Ministry of Oil has mentioned that the campaign includes instructions how use the Internet safely by social distances in three languages: Arabic, English and French. The campaign addresses all groups and reviews safety procedures and methods for dealing safely with the Internet. Also, it was mentioned that the campaign includes information on the oil industry, the nature of the Ministry's work, the role of the oil sector, and the importance of the sector to the economy as the lifestyle of Kuwait. The Ministry of Oil has been sponsoring the Petroleum Culture Project since 2003, it is also cultivated an oil culture for future generations to create a conscious generation of young Kuwaitis of both genders to enable them to lead this industry in the promising future.
