The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil, Sheikh Dr. Nimr Fahad Al-Malik Al-Sabah offered his congratulations and blessings to His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (may god bless him) for gaining the trust of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and for the members of the National Assembly to pledge allegiance to His Highness and to take the constitutional oath. Sheikh Nimr Al-Sabah prayed to help His Highness to assume this great national responsibility to carry the flag of Kuwait and its pride to the highest horizons of elevation, prosperity and to remain a supporter for His Highness (may God protect him) to complete the blessed march embodied by years full of remarkable achievements and national fingerprints.
