The Ministry of Oil is among 6 government agencies that will participate in the “Employee Achievement Record” project.

• The project provides employees with an official documentation of their achievements to ensure their rights and enhance their chances of obtaining rewards, courses and nomination for supervisory positions.
The Ministry of Oil announced that the Civil Service Bureau has chosen it from among 6 government agencies that will participate in the pilot project "Employee Achievement Record" for a period of 6 months. These agencies are: the Ministry of Defense, the Civil Service Bureau, the Ministry of Oil, the Central Agency for Public Tenders, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Public Authority for Minors Affairs.
The Ministry of Oil said in a press statement that its selection to implement the pilot project "Employee Achievement Record" is considered a source of trust and appreciation from the Civil Service Bureau and a culmination of the efforts made by the Ministry of Oil over the past years in implementing complete digital transformation projects and applying the latest technological means to implement internal work.
The Ministry of Oil expressed its readiness to start implementing the project, as it will create an electronic file for each employee to record all the tasks and work that he will perform in a special file for him on a regular basis in addition to automatic documentation according to the employee's civil number for all transactions and correspondence that he performs.
She said that the business models included in the "Employee Achievement Record" project include attending meetings and field visits, assigning a task outside the workplace, documenting memos, transactions and correspondence, receiving clients, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, delivering outgoing and receiving incoming, preparing research and statistics, printing documents and forms, as well as what the direct manager is assigned to do.
She stated that a model for the employee's tasks will be prepared, in which the assigned tasks, the time to complete the task, the rate of repetition, and notes on the worker's tasks will be included.
Regarding the advantages of the project, the Ministry of Oil said that it guarantees the employee's right to document his tasks and achievements and gives distinguished employees priority in obtaining financial rewards, training courses, and nomination for supervisory positions.
She said that the future aspirations of the "Employee Achievement Record" project are to create an achievement record for each employee and link the record to the performance evaluation process, improve and increase employee productivity, and encourage entities to identify and appreciate employees with high performance and efficiency.
The Ministry of Oil plays a leading role in digital transformation by adopting the latest digital technologies and applying them in various aspects of work. The Ministry has implemented a series of initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing transparency in administrative procedures.
