Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Oil, Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment and Acting Minister of Finance Dr. Saad Al-Barrak stressed the importance of continuing to develop the human element and applying the best methods used globally in the fields of health, safety and the environment in order to preserve the safety of workers. This came in a statement by Minister Al-Barrak, conveyed by a press statement issued by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, following his visit to the headquarters of the Kuwait Oil Company today, Wednesday, and his discussion with leaders of the oil sector about the work of the corporation and its subsidiaries and the challenges facing the sector. . Al-Barrak, who is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, stressed the importance of securing oil installations and ensuring the fulfillment of the domestic and foreign obligations of the oil sector. He affirmed his full support for the Corporation and its subsidiaries in order to overcome all obstacles that hinder the oil sector to carry out its tasks in the fullest manner, expressing his thanks and appreciation for the efforts of workers in the oil sector and their constant dedication during the past fiscal year, during which distinguished profits were achieved. He pointed to the importance of working as one team in order to achieve the strategy of the Corporation and its subsidiaries for the benefit of Kuwait.
