Administrative Affairs Department

  • The Administrative Affairs Department performs all the works related to personnel affairs. 
  • Preparing the Ministry budget draft (chapter one) for each fiscal year after receiving the requirements of the different affairs and departments in the Ministry, and analyzing the budget after its approval as well as follow up its implementation. 
  • Performing all the administrative works and services 
  • Receiving all the letters, transactions and incoming and outgoing correspondences from the Ministry.

It consists of the following controls: 

Personnel Affairs Control

Carries out all the works related to the personnel affairs and prepares the budget draft of the Ministry (chapter one) for every fiscal year, as well as analyzing the approved budget and following up its implementation.

It consists of the following divisions:

  • Career Affairs Division 
  • Salaries Division 
  • Leaves and Working Hours Division
  • Personnel Register Division

Administrative Services Control

Performs all the administrative works and services and clerical services:

  • performing all the administrative works and services for the different affairs and departments of the Ministry
  • performing all the telephone works for the different affairs and departments inside and outside the Ministry 
  • supervising the periodical maintenance of the Ministry vehicles, following up their repairs and checking the fuel dispensing request forms 
  • supervising the works of employees in the Ministry's support jobs group 
  • following up the Ministry's requests for stationary, printed materials and stamps

It consists of the following divisions:

  • Administrative Services Division 
  • Clerical Services Division 
  • Security and Safety Division

General Register Control

  • Received all the incoming and outgoing letters, transactions and correspondents from and to the Ministry.
  • ensuring their distribution to the addressees inside and outside the Ministry. 
  • keeping letters and formalities.

It consists of three divisions:

  • Incoming Division 
  • Outgoing Division 
  • Files Division
